- I like to upgrade my laptop 2-3 times a years with a new version that bring new and cool functions/software to my Linux box, no matter I need it or not.
- I like the idea of using the latest and greatest, even bleeding-edge stuff, as long as it works relatively well (as least beta quiality) As long as it's progressing and evoloing, I'm happy and feel good.
- I like to run apt once a week manually and see new version of rpm available for install. I got a kick out of it to able to stay latest.
I'm one sick puppy... as Clint like to say.
My passion has always been on software development, and I know it since I
wrote my first program on an Apple II. I worked on cellular wireless system
in the past (C/C++) and now focus on web application
(LAMP, PHP, MySQL, CakePHP, Symfony, jQuery, Google AppEngine/python).
