It get me thinking where this number come from? It can be datafill from the marketer's system, I guess. But I was thinking, gee, what if this is a zombie machine on the Intenet, calling via some VoIP gateway (ie SkypeOut)?
I don't know if this is actually cost effectively to do this. But for sure with a army of zombie machines, a marketer can send out mass phone calls, just like the spammer doing today. Even worse, they are using other's resource (ie credit to call landline) to do so. What a scumbag!
