My passion has always been on software development, and I know it since I wrote my first program on an Apple II. I worked on cellular wireless system in the past (C/C++) and now focus on web application (LAMP, PHP, MySQL, CakePHP, Symfony, jQuery, Google AppEngine/python).

The page does not display Chinese content well until setting browser encoding into UTF-8 manually.

It works for me with Auto (Tradition) Chinese detection on firefox 2.x.y.

It works with the setting you mentioned. So the problem is me. Sorry about that
That's ok. I think ppl too used to manually fixing the encoding, when all website/blog should be supporting UTF-8 and auto detect. I am no expert on it, but it works for me.
