NP_NotifyMe v0.18
Yes. Yet another new version of this plugin. 
This version is mostly:
- bug fixes
- admin menu to display all subscriptions (and action to delete)
- templete support for email
Since there is no table/option change from v0.17, people should be able to simply overwrite the code to upgrade.
Note, all planned functions are now in. Please test it and provide comments and bug report. (Yes, it's not perfect.....)

I used on my site NotifyMe 0.17 and I consider this plugin as one of the most important plugins for Nucleus.
Adding e-mail templates is very good point!
But let me ask: NotifyMe subscribes not only for whole blog, but only for particular items? Right?
So - it would be very usefull if in admin section of NotifyMe would be possibillity to change subscription from 'particular item' to 'all' blog(s). Dont' you think?
