You may or may not know, I am a user and developer of a blogging software NucluesCMS. They are running a skin design contest with US$850 of prices.

There are 2 ways to participate:
* Design a working skin, instantly usable with a Nucleus installation. Off course, this requires more work, hence better prices for he winners in this category.
* Create a static design containing 7 html pages. This part of the contest has been setup for anyone not familiar with Nucleus.
