The weather is so warm and sunny, the snow actually melting. It turns into slush, and I no doubt wear one too many layer and sweating.... and I have to worry about getting sun burn.
It is a short session with Anne, since Tamara is out of action this season. 8(
We spent some times at the park. I'm not too adventurous to get too wild and break something, plus the recent accident happened to Tamara, I am extra careful in the park.
I'm mostly onto hop off the ramp and land safely, it's not exciting to look at, but it will do for me.
Focus:
- Safety, Safety, Safety. Spotter is your friend
- Need strong balance body position
- Knee bent on take off, extend as taking the ramp. That should help create some air
- Take off/landing should be flat on base (not on edge)
- Flex to absorb the landing
