The weather is not as cold as the last couple days, it is at -8 or so. My gloves is warming up, and my Ride boots is soften to a point it's getting a bit too loose.... maybe should think about a new boot?

The focus today is more on anticipation, and I screwed up badly on black terrain.....

Focus:
- Try to add anticipation in intermediate sliding turn
- The anticipation is on a plane parallel to the board
- Drive with the knee soon after anticipation (aka upper body turn) occurs
- Be sure to keep the body in center
- Be sure not to over rotate during anticipation

Problem:
- Basically, I just totally not able to incorporate anticipation into the turn yet, especially on black terrain...
- Try to Progress too fast, trying too many items at a time
- Counter-rotation occurs during toe-to-hell turn, drive with the knee occurs before upper body rotation, result in board catch on toe edge and crash
- Not enough angulation, impacting level of flexion, result in skid on toe-to-heel turn
- Back hand out of alignment with the board, result back of the board skid out on toe-to-heel turn

Solution:
- Go back to the basic: counting 1 up, 1-2-3-4 down
- Increase Flexion "a lot"
- Minimize extension, to maintain pressure on board through flexion
- Use motor boat turn to align back hand on the board
- Ensure front hand align within the board, point with shoulder
- If possible, put in the body turn to anticipate the turn
