I just can't pass the opportunity after seeing some snow falling on Saturday night (and ez10 is running a session in the afternoon...).

So, I went up in the morning. The weather is not as cold as I expected, even it's still quite cold. The biting cold ease off a bit in the afternoon.

Burton was up on the hill for demo today, unfortunately they don't have my length... bomber!

Session #3 (by Tamara)

The session is on basic craving, with emphasis on stance and balance.

Focus:
- Craving generally involve keeping the edge on snow at _all_ time.
- Turns should be wider and bigger (at least at the beginning, until we get more advance)
- The body position should be on the center of the board.
- Turning can be initiated by turning shoulder slightly (not working on flex/extension yet...)

Problem/Solution/Exercise/Drill:
- Only done 3 runs so has not found particular problems yet.... but definitely not smooth yet.

Session #4 (by Ezio)

The session focus on adding anticipation.

Focus:
- Turn the upper body to the direction of the next turn before initiate the turn.
- Use of angulation and inclination to allow more flexion (with balance body stance??)

Problem:
- Initiate the turn before start to anticipate the turn, end up timing is all off and ride become very unstable.
- Too much extension during initiation, become unstable when hitting ice or bump.

Solution:
- Instead of extend-turn-flex sequence, do turn-extend-flex.
- Stay really low during flexion
- Minimize extension during turn initiation

Exercise/Drill:
- Counting 1 up 1-2-3-4 down
