Curry
I made curry from time to time, it's actually quite easy to made.
I learnt the basic from Roger Lu and later some trick here and there from Heng Foo and Que Du. It's likely not the best curry on earth, but curtain tasty.
Ingredients:
- Curry powder, or curry paste. Each brand has different taste, so experience with it.
- onion
- carrot, or baby carrot
- potato
- meat; beef, pork, chicken
Procedures:
- cut up onion (in strips), carrot, potato, and meat
- fire up the pot, heat up oil
- add in onion and curry powder/paste, cook it a bit to bring out the favour
- add in water, it should be enough to cook potato and meat
- as the sauce start boiling, put in potato and meat
- turn down to medium heat, cook until ready
If there are curry left after finished the potato and meat, feel free to add in more. More you cook it, better the favour.
