NP_MailToAFriend v1.7

This is a _beta_ version, added subscriber authenication. I have done basic testing, please provide feedback.

Note, you need to run plugins/notifyme/upgrade_2_v0_52.php after install this version. There is a database change. (You can remove the file after running it)
